So it is important to take care of what we allow into our minds and bodies during this mysterious process....(I hate to call it a process.) But we can't expose ourselves to toxic influences or our baby will suffer. Of course, not all thoughts are like babies. Some are just frivolous and worldly and they never flesh out.
